Short version: Stage Builder X is a tool, not a data business. Everything you create stays on your device — nothing is uploaded to us or anyone else. We do not collect, sell, rent or share personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

All of your data is stored locally on your device. There is no account, no cloud sync and no server — nothing you create in the app is transmitted to us or any third party. If you delete the app, its data is removed with it.
Because no data ever leaves your device, we hold nothing about you to export or delete. You can remove your projects at any time inside the app, or delete all app data by uninstalling the app. Questions about privacy: privacy@stagebuilderx.no. Stage Builder X is a professional tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date above.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Important: Stage Builder X is a planning aid. Layouts, leg counts and load figures are estimates. You are responsible for verifying every structure against the manufacturer's load ratings and local safety regulations before anyone stands on a stage. The developer is not liable for structural failure, injury or damage.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
